Finie - Bay mare Thoroughbred

Finie is a 6 year old bay Thoroughbred mare. She is currently racing, but her owners would like to see her find a new career while she is still sound and young. She has a very sweet temperament and enjoys being with people. Finie does not act marish in the least. In fact, you would think she was a gelding if she didn't have such feminine features. Her trainer says that when she's turned out on the farm, she does fatten up and get wider. When she's at the track she is always quite lean.

Her movements have a Hunter appeal to them as she is very flat in her knees with minimal hock action. She goes in a simple snaffle. You know she's a female in that she knows what she likes....no carrots and peppermints for this one. Her favorite treat is Root Beer Barrels, the hard candy. It gives her interesting breathe. She has a nice shoulder and good hip angle. Her feet are in great shape and she has not had any soundness issues. She clips, loads, bathes, leads without a chain shank and just loves attention. She would really like to be someone's partner and start a new career. There are a lot of great qualities here to start your breeding program.
