Another great match has been made! We are so sad to see him go, but Andy has a great new home. John and Laura Parker of Newnan, Georgia are the proud new owners of Andy. He's going to continue his training as an Eventer at their beautiful farm here in Georgia. Watch out for Andy as he progresses through the levels here in USEA Area III. We have high hopes for this guy. The Parker's have already seen why we feel in love with him....he loves to snuggle. What a puppy!! I'll miss the good night whinny and snuggle before going to bed.

Andy is one of those geldings you just want to cuddle up to. He was still racing, when we first met him. He's built uphill and has very light, balanced gaits. Dressage is going to come very easily for him. He also shows a lot of athletic ability which

leads us to believe he will be very capable when it comes to jumping and complex combinations. He has a very solid mind...which of course is nice to find in a Thoroughbred. His breeding shows very strong bloodlines for an Eventing or Jumper career...and explains where his personality comes from.

Andy is a very smart horse and catches on very quickly to whatever he is being taught. The career he ends up with will need to challenge him in order to keep him mentally stimulated.

With his demeanor being so quiet and his stylish looks coupled with his movement, he is going to be a tough one to beat. His "Look at me!" personality will turn the judges heads. He does have a star and stripe and two hind socks. One front leg looks like he couldn't decided if he was going to grow a third sock or go black...so he's a speckled grey on that right front leg.

He clips, loads, bathes, and hauls like a gentleman. The vet and farrier love him because he's so easy to handle and he stands like a statue.

In the summer he's a lighter bay, but in the winter, he turns into a dark bay.
